Resolve a parcel. Download the frames. Start marking GCPs.

This launcher creates or reopens a LOTPLAN-street job workspace (for example 25RP727250-5-cooinda) and prepares the QImagery GCP workbench inside it. It does not generate a client report until you click Generate report in the workbench.

Address lookup returns parcel candidates; lot/plan entries like 477/RP882232 skip candidate selection.
